Last year, we found that it had a lovely mix of savory and sweet flavors. The cheese was creamy, the honey was sweet, the pistachios were salty and crunchy it was a FAVORITE of ours. But this year .

Well, a different reporter of ours tried the dish this year and they wereless than impressed. To them, it was oddly pungent and the honey gave the dish a strange flavor, But they did think that the texture of the cheese was fun, and the pistachios on top were nice. So, whether you LOVE or HATE this dish will depend on your taste buds! If you try it, definitely let us know what you think.
Spaceship Earth Beauty And The Beast Sequence
With the installation of the Points of Light on Spaceship Earth, it is common for there to be special sequences incorporated into the festivals.
For the Food and Wine Festival, youll be able to see a special Beauty and the Beast themed sequence. It happens nightly and alternates with the Beacons of Magic.

Inspired by the vibrant colors and strong movement in the 1991 Walt Disney Animation Studios classic, Beauty and the Beast, and infused both into the programming of the show. Be on the lookout for some fun subtle easter eggs such as rising champagne bubbles and the multicolor spotlights from the finale of the song, plus a special tri-color celebration to France, the setting and inspiration of this tale as old as time.
Adobo Yuca Fries At The Fry Basket
The NEW Adobo Yuca Fries with Garlic-Cilantro Aïoli seriously impressed us! These were actually our FAVORITE things at The Fry Basket booth. First, their texture was incredible perfectly crunchy! Second, the flavor they basically tasted like Texas toast garlic bread in french fry form. * Chefs kiss! *

Expand Your Cooking Skills With A Class Or Demonstration
NOTE: Classes and demonstrations were put on hold in 2020, though are expected to return in the future. As of July 14, nothing has been added to schedule, so it is not likely to return in 2022.
While Party for the Senses is ridiculously priced, there are a handful of culinary classes that cost extra, but at a very reasonable price.
In the past, the Food & Wine Festival offered adult beverage tasting sessions, celebrity chef demonstrations, master culinary classes, a cheese seminar, a candy sushi making class for kids, and Sunday brunch with a celebrity chef. These classes ranged from $10-$139, not including tax.
New Remys Ratatouille Hide & Squeak Game
Remys Ratatouille Hide and Squeak is one of our favorite Kid Games at Disney. Much like Hidden Mickeys, or Hidden Pascals you can do this on your own whenever you need a little non-ride or downtime. Stop at the gift shop to pick up your Hide and Squeak map. Each map is about the same cost as whatever souvenir they offer that year, about $9.99 plus tax. Limited Edition Passholder Remy Epcot International Food & Wine Festival 2022 Pin
This pin features the iconic scene from Ratatouille in which Remy saves a soup by adding more ingredients and embracing his true self.

Eat To The Beat Concerts
America Gardens Bandstand Local Central Florida bands to take the stage at America Gardens Theatre in World Showcase Tuesdays through Thursdays most weeks, when crowds are typically lower at EPCOT.
Eat to the Beat Concert Series During these Eat to the Beat concerts, popular bands from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s perform some of their greatest hits for the Food & Wine Festival crowds. These concerts are included with Epcot admission, and take place three times per evening on Fridays through Mondays at 5:30 p.m., 6:45 p.m., and 8:00 p.m.
No, youre not going to find current big-name artists like ZZ Top or whatever the kids are listening to these days, but its a free concert in Epcot. You can find the full line-up and performance dates on our Eat to the Beat Concert Series Schedule.
Can You Use Snack Credits At Epcot Food And Wine Festival
Yes, you can use snack credits at the Food and Wine Festival if you are on the Disney Dining Plan. Most food and drink items are eligible to use snack credits on, and its a very popular way to use up those extra credits.
Snack credits cant be used on every single food and drink item, but the vast majority are eligible.

With over 30 booths to taste from a great game plan is a must to see all that EPCOT food and Wine has to offer. Luckily Disney has provided us with tools to tackle this event. You can also take a look at our EPCOT Park Planto make sure you dont miss any of the amazing rides at Disney.
We do not have the EPCOT Food and Wine Map for 2022 yet, once we do we will update!
Each map during the festival has a separate section numbering all of the food booths.

Sign Up For Rundisneys Epcot Food And Wine Half Marathon
Officially dubbed the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend, this weekend-long event typically includes a 5K, 10K, and a half marathon.
Runners can also enroll in the Two Course Challenge, which includes the 10K race on Saturday and half marathon on Sunday.
In 2022, the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon weekend will take place November 3-6.
Registration costs for the races vary and can be found on the runDisney website.
Aside from the races, the Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend also includes a health and fitness expo and an exclusive post-race party.
Half marathon and Challenge runners get free entry to the post-race party. Other race runners, as well as friends and family can purchase tickets for $89 including tax.
Returning: Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup
This soup is just like the one served inside Le Cellier. Its Canadian Cheddar and Bacon Soup served with a pretzel roll for $5.75. Youll find it at the Canada booth, of course!
This soup has been a fan favorite for a long time, and we completely understand why. Its creamy and rich, with a great meatiness from that bacon. And the pretzel roll is the perfect complement!

Food & Wine Festival Seminars & Events
In addition to the booths at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, there are normally a lot of events. Some of these are regular things like seminars that are offered on a daily basis, and are easily accessible to the average guest.
Other offerings are premium special events that are relatively unknown to the average guest and often sell out far in advance. We arent really fans of super-duper expensive stuff, but we are fans of words like free and low-cost.
For those looking to splurge on special events during Food & Wine, the slate of celebrity chefs might be of interest. These visiting chefs host a variety of daily demonstrations, Party for the Senses, grand tasting experiences, beverage and cheese seminars, and other events, all of which are a big part of the festival.
Past celebrity chefs have included Cooking Channel host Tiffani Thiessen and Richard Blais, Alex Guarnaschelli, Robert Irvine, Masaharu Morimoto, Buddy Valastro, Art Smith, and Carla Hall, plus many others.
Low-Cost Culinary Demonstrations The low-cost culinary demonstrations are our favorite aspect of the Epcot Food & Wine Festival. At $15 to $20 each, they offer a lot more than the free seminars, and a lot of times the samples you receive at these seminars are a better value than what youd receive if you simply went around to booths and ordered items. In addition to the samples, you receive some basic background information and some entertaining presentations.
Brazilian Cheesy Bread Ingredients
Hopefully the ingredients below are ones you have on hand. If not, you can easily grab them on Amazon or any local supermarket. Here are a few things to keep in mind. The unsweetened coconut milk used here is the kind found in the can, but not coconut cream. Avocado oil can get pricey. But, since the avocado oil here is just the cooking oil used in this recipe, we just grabbed the Wal-Mart brand and it was absolutely sufficient for our needs in making this bread.
- 1 c. unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2. c avocado oil
- 1 tsp. iodized sea salt
- 10 oz. cassava flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. grated Parmigiano- Reggiano cheese, or Asiago
Wed also recommend a Silpat baking mat just because we use these for everything and they are a lifesaver to make sure cookies, rolls, croissants, macrons- everything cooks evenly. An alternative would be to make sure the pan is lined with parchment paper. And be sure to grab a good, heavy duty Ice Cream Scoop. We used a Kitchen Aid Classic Ice Cream Scoop, because its absolutely the best one weve found and cuts through even the toughest ice cream.
