The Lehigh Valley’s Oldest Winery Invites You To Taste The Fruits Of Their Labor
Nestled between the Sunoco mini-mart and the Crossings Coin Laundry on Route 248 is the Franklin Hill Vineyards Wine & Gift Shop, also known as The Grape Spot, one of the winery’s three supplementary stores in the Lehigh Valley.
The store exclusively sells the 24 varieties made by Franklin Hill Vineyards, which includes their selections of red, white, rosé, sparkling and specialty wines.
This year, their best-seller, Sir Walter’s Red, won Double Gold at the Pennsylvania Farm Show, and was named Best American Wine. Sir Walter’s Red, a sweet concord wine, is named for the winery owner’s father, Walter Pivinski, who manned their store in Tannersville for many years.

The Winery & Stores Are Open Everyday
With the exception of a few holidays, we offer tastings and sales everyday at all of our locations. Whether you want to visit the winery or one of our satellite wine shops, our knowledgeable staff will answer any questions you might have. At the winery we have a small snack menu , and on the weekends we feature wine slushies! We are also expert gift advisers. All of our locations offer great gift shops with unique gifts you cant find anywhere else.

I was traveling with adult family members and they served Passion at the condo complex we rented at their meet and greet. We all absolutely loved it! Much to our pleasure, the vineyard was on our way home. So, naturally we stopped. We participated in a tasting and were pleasantly surprised at how many varieties became Must Haves! Between we 3 adults, we bought 30 bottles . Since March, whenever we are in the area, we need to stop! The attendant was patient and made recommendations based on our responses.
