We love FitVine Wine because they contain:

Plus, theyve not sacrificed the integrity of the wine! While were not major red wine drinkers, our friends are. Weve tested their Holiday Red and Cabernet Sauvignon on them, and they didnt even know it was less sugar or lower in carbs.
Out of the white wines, we like the Pinot Grigio the best and then the Sauvignon Blanc. The Chardonnay wasnt for us, but we like a rich, creamy, oak Chardonnay.

Which Fitvine Wine Has The Least Sugar
There are a few companies that sell low-sugar wines, such as FitVine, that typically contain fewer than one gram sugar per serving. This Pinot Noir is sweetened with lemon and white tea. At the rate per servings with FitVine Chardonnay, three calories are consumed, while there are two calories in the apple pie. The sugar content is 4.4 g.
We Tried It: Fitvine Wine
According to research firm Nielsen, online alcohol sales in the United States have jumped more than 240% during the coronavirus outbreak. Its easy to feel guilty pouring yourself another glass of wine, but if youre looking for a low-sugar, vegan-friendly option that is designed to fit within healthy lifestyles, Im happy to introduce FitVine.
FitVine shared with me a variety of its best-selling wines, and the brands high standards run constant across the board. Although each wine varies slightly in terms of calories and sugar content, they contain an average of 113 calories and 0.2 grams of sugar per five-ounce glass.
My go-to wine is sauvignon blanc, so naturally, it was the first bottle I reached for. I generally enjoy a wine that delivers a crispness that is not too dry nor too sweet. FitVines sauvignon blanc goes down smooth and leaves you craving another glass.
Next up is the FitVine rosé. Summer sunsets on Lake Minnetonka is what I think of when I drink rosé. This one has light notes of raspberry and strawberry, making it fruity and fresh. I loved this wine just as much as the sauvignon blanc, if not more.
If Im being totally honest, I wasnt as excited to try the cabernet as I havent developed an affinity for red wine. That said, this one has a rich, full-bodied taste that I thoroughly enjoyed it wasnt too heavy and had a less intense flavor than most red wines Ive tried in the past.

Our Favorite Fitvine Wines
Id say our favorites are the Syrah, Rose, and Pinot Grigio. Our red wine friend loves their Holiday Red.
The only one we know wed skip is the Chardonnay. Its not for us, but we also had another friend try it just to make sure. She wasnt crazy about it either.
The Sauvignon Blanc is somewhere in the middle of the road for us. We love a strong grapefruit flavor, and FitVines packs a little bit of that grapefruit which we love.

Chardonney
Chardonnay is my go to wine, always. This is eh. It has the after toungue tingle of a normal chardonnay, but tastes lighter. I would chose to drink this in the beach, pool or watching the Bachelorette alone, but not at a house party or nice restaurant.
Pinot Noir
A good, solid red. Id drink this anywhere, anytime.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Stronger tannins throughout. Steak.
Sauvignon Blanc
Tastes more like wine than the chard. I would invite this wine to a house party and would chose it if it was on a happy hour menu on a patio.
Other Feedback
If I were going to a party and wanted to bring a bottle, I would not be embarrassed to bring either of the reds.
Given that these are all diet wines or healthy winesthat changes the perspective. If I was in the mood to drink, or was day drinking all day, FitVine here I come. In other words, its good.
I loved the reds, on target as far as the taste I expect from a Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. The whites struck me as lighter versions of what I expected, but Im a Pinot Grigio drinker so wasnt surprised when I didnt gravitate as much towards the whites the Chardonney and Sauvignon Blanc. Id say fewer calories and less sugar, the reds are a good bet.

Both Thrive Market and FitVine are affordably priced. But to compare total pricing accurately, you have to consider shipping costs.
At Thrive Market its free if you order $79 or more in wine alone . Thrive Market also has an annual membership fee, but amortized across all your wine purchases, it would only add a nominal amount.
FitVine provides free shipping if you order 12 or more bottles at once. Even at the cheapest price of $15.99 that totals $191.88, so its not going to be as affordable as Thrive Market on the shipping front.
All that is moot if you find it at your local wine store of course.

For the most part, customer reviews of FitVine Wines are positive. There are some reviewers who claim that they arent necessarily the best if you have a refined palate and want a complex, professional-grade wine.
However, for the average person or athlete looking to save a few calories, these wines are the way to go.

What Is Clean Wine
Like most products that have been mass produced and tweaked to appease the palate of the masses, wine has changed a lot over the years.
One of those changes was that they started adding sugar to it . So wine that originally would have fit a low-carb diet no longer does.
There are also contaminants in modern wines like pesticides, herbicides, and sulfitesall of which can make you feel sluggish at a bare minimum.
As I mentioned above, Ive been testing out various clean wines for myself. I have been shocked at what a difference drinking clean wine makes.
Clean wines, almost without exception, seem to have no meaningful effect on my body .
I mean, theres still a little buzz to be had, as youd expect of any wine. But theres no hangover, no sluggishness the next day.
I wake the next day feeling like I drank nothing but grape juice, and thats an incredible difference.

What Makes Fitvine Different
Most clean wine companies very tightly manage the production process so that fewer undesirable compounds get into the wine in the first place.
FitVine seems to do a bit of this, but they also have a proprietary process for filtering and removing contaminants from the wine.
Thats likely why their prices are so affordable, its probably easier to filter out contaminants than to never introduce them in the first place. FitVine filters without losing any of the alcohol content, which could be a pro or a con depending on what youre looking for.

Pros And Cons Of Fitvine Wines
FitVine is one of the more popular clean wine options , and like any other service, it has its own set of advantages and disadvantages.
Pros:
- Clean wines in general are great and deliver on their promise. I definitely felt a difference after drinking these wines vs. my regular wines .
- You can buy them in physical stores if they are carried in your area, which reduces the wait time to get them.
- All their wine options are affordable.
- They leave the alcohol percentage of the original wine intact.
Cons:
- They leave the alcohol percentage of the original wine intact. Some people look for lower alcohol wines.
- Theres a basic nutritional breakdown on each wine, which is mostly to detail the lack of sugar, but doesnt seem to be a lot of other lab testing.
- No ability to sort by features .
- The flavor of the wines is just ok. They all taste about like what they are supposed to given their grape of origin, but these are not wines for enthusiasts.
The FitVine proprietary process for filtering and cleaning up the wines results in fewer tannins, histamines, additives, sulfites and less sugar, all while keeping the alcohol percentage intact.

Ingredients youll need for this recipe:
- Butter Salted
- Chicken breast Boneless and skinless. Two medium to large breasts cut in halves lengthwise. This will give you 4 thin chicken breasts to cook.
- Onion- On half of a medium onion
- Garlic Fresh minced or pre-minced from a jar. If you use minced garlic from a jar, it will be about 1/2 tbsp to equal 3 cloves.
- Mushrooms I buy pre-sliced white mushrooms.

- Heavy Cream- Any brand of heavy cream works, or you can use half and half if youre in a pinch. You will have to cook the sauce a little longer to help it reduce if using half and half.

- Salt and pepper: Season to taste
- Parsley or Basil- Optional. Buy fresh and chop it for garnish
