Usually my company has a Holiday party to celebrate the end of the year. Since we were not able to get together in person, it was decided to have wine delivered to 30 individuals in different states. Had I known that Total Wines website was not delivery friendly when placing the order for someone other than myself, I would not have used them. The first red flag was when I placed an order and the delivery name was mine with the receivers address. I cancelled 3 orders due to this and reordered. The next red flag was in Colorado there is not an option to add a message / greeting to the delivery. In Arizona and California there is the ability to do this because delivery is done by a third party. I later learned that this third party is either GrubHub or Door Dash. Next red flag was one of the wines I ordered was out of stock, so instead of cancelling the entire order, a $4.00 corkscrew was delivered along with tax, tip and delivery fee to a tune of $16.95.Had I known when I cancelled the orders how incredibly hard it would be to reconcile the order, I would not have done it. When an order is cancelled, Total Wine cancels each of the following separately. Alcohol order along with tax then the tip and then the delivery fee. So you have three different charges. All I can say to Total Wine is, in the times of COVID, please put some money into your website to make delivery service easier for the customer!

I always come to this location, and i know my order might take a while i have always been asked nicely to step away so cashiers can process other customers. This lady didnt say a word i felt so disrespected, she brushed me off with attitude and expected me to move so i did that for im not rude to the other people, but this lady, is the reason i wont come here and i come for Remy Martin once a week. im so upset i try hard to not be close to other people during these COVID19 times and i had another customer get as near as 5 inches away from me. forget this. im furious

He has moved into a townhouse on base and shell be seeing it for the first time in person. Shes been busy herself, fighting fires in the mountains. He said his parents are coming down this weekend to bring some furniture. Remember the excitement of furnishing your first home?!! Im excited for them! So glad he called, made this grandmas day!
Monday we worked on painting and then called it quits early. We took ourselves next door to Karens pool. They said I was confrontational because I didnt let her treat me less. I was let go for standing up for myself to someone who thinks they are entitled to talk to you anyway they want. The managers here are EXTREMELY rude and racially profile customers and employees. That is what they do on their walkies.

US drinks retailer Total Wine has lost its appeal to expand its footprint New York, following the rejection of its case by the NY Supreme Court.
The New York Supreme Court has rejected the Maryland-based wine giants bid to open a second store in the state at in College Point, Flushing in Queens, the Shanken Daily News reported, upholding a decision by the New York State Liquor Authority last June. The retailer first applied for the license in August 2019.
It is the third time Total Wine, which has more than 200 stores in 26 states across the US, has been barred from opening a second store in the New York area. In September 2019, the court refused to grant the wine retailers with a license for a proposed site in Westchester, saying it was not appropriate for the region, while an earlier bid to open a store in Stony Brook was also rejected by the state liquor board.
Under New York state law, national drinks chains are banned from applying for a state license to open and operate stores in the states, in a bid to protect mom and pop stores, however entrepreneurs affiliated with national firms are able to apply for a single license for an individual store under a different corporate name. In 2016, Total Wines co-founder David Trone obtained a retail liquor license for a new retailer, Westbury FIne Wines, part of the newly formed New York Fine Wine & Spirits LLC, which operates as Total Wines. The store opened in 2017.
