Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
One of the most prestigious wines of the world capable of great power and grace, Napa Valley Cabernet is a leading force in the world of fine, famous, collectible red wine. Today the Napa Valley and Cabernet Sauvignon are so intrinsically linked that it is difficult to discuss one without the other. But it wasnt until the 1970s that this marriage came to light sudden international recognition rained upon Napa with the victory of the Stags Leap Wine Cellars 1973 Cabernet Sauvignon in the 1976 Judgement of Paris.

“The remainder of our wines are vegetarian. We use lysozyme during the fermentation process which contains egg whites.”

Company email :”we occasionally will use egg whites to fine/clarify our chardonnay but do not use any of the other products you list on our cabernets or pinot noirs. Otherwise it’s just grapes and the traditional yeast strains for fermentations. I feel confident as a strict vegan that you would be fine with our reds, but the chardonnay is probably not within your tolerances.
Please let me know if you require further information. We have regular consumers of our reds that are true vegans and they seemed satisfied with my explanations when I spoke with them on the phone!”
