Clos Du Bois Introduces Two Lightly Bubbled Offerings To Its Wine Portfolio

Clos du Bois ‘Sonoma Reserve’ Russian River Valley Chardonnay Wine Review with Don Mattice

Discovering new wines that complement my excitement of summer as well as my mellow moods in the fall and winter is always at the top of my mind as a wine lover. Personally, I tend to stay lighter during the day with some of my favorite whites such as a crisp viognier or albariño and go a little heavier in the evening with a sangiovese or even zinfandel. However, no matter what time of day or night, give me bubbles and I am a very happy girl.

A little over a year ago, a friend of mine gave me a bottle of Clos du Bois Chardonnay. I can’t say I am a big chardonnay fan, but I instantly become a fan of this particular selection. It was one of the best chardonnays I have tasted in a long time. So when I heard that a lightly bubbled version was being introduced, I immediately couldnt wait to try it. Not only did Clos du Bois produce a chardonnay with a little bubbles but they made a rosé too. I thought the wine gods must know my name.

The new Clos du Bois Lightly Bubbled Chardonnay and Lightly Bubbled Rosé delivers the sophistication of stilled wine with a hint of bubbles. Crafted in the heart of Sonoma wine country, the new additions add a little pop to your glass, making any gathering or occasion special.
