Where to stay in Oregon’s Willamette Valley: The Vintages Trailer Resort

In the heart of California wine country, the town of Healdsburg invites travelers to enjoy European influences this fall.

Then take a seat at Campo Fina, a local eatery with al fresco dining, wood fired pizzas, outdoor bocce court and a wine list featuring local and Italian wines.

Retro Trailers For Rent

The Vintages Trailer Resort; has 35 trailers for rent in 23 different styles. The trailers are indeed vintage, spanning the decades, from the 1940s to the present. All have air conditioning and heat. The Vintages website includes both interior and exterior photos, allowing you the opportunity to select the trailer thats just right for your family.

Amenities inside each trailer include gourmet pour-over coffee, robes and hotel quality linens. Each trailer also has dishes and cooking utensils, plus outdoor grills.

At the trailer park, youll find a small pool and a clubhouse with outdoor lawn games. There are two cruiser bikes located at each site for complimentary use.

Most trailers can accommodate two adults and one child. Larger families should reserve two trailers. Keep in mind, no matter what you book, the accommodations are cozy. All of the trailers have a private bath with a toilet, most have a shower and one even has a private outdoor soaker tub.

Rates start at $115 a night.

This property has a few dog friendly trailers. Bringing your pet with you will add $75 to your stay. Theres a dog park on-site.

With the world slowly starting to open back up again and the arrival of Spring on the horizon I cannot wait to get back to the vineyards, as I know many of you can relate to this. As we all know, trying to figure out where to stay when wine tasting in a region can be daunting so I have put together for you a comprehensive Best of.. Where to Stay Guide in Oregon wine country, broken down by AVA.

Starting with the Willamette Valley, being the largest AVA in Orgeon with over 600 wineries, I have divided this into three geographic ares, North, Mid and South with the recommended places to stay.

The Northern Willamette Valley 7 featured hotels. The Boutique hotels featured here are not in any specific order.;

There are so many places to stay in our largest wine region of Oregon and I am not even including Portland here. If I am to visit wine country, I prefer to stay in wine country. So despite the fact that there are many fabulous hotels in Portland, this will have to wait for another post.

    Oregon is. may just want to stay forever. While the following itinerary took 10 days to complete, the pace was admittedly relaxed. Driving a figure-eight, all journeys begin in Portland before.

    Once home to a restaurant and lounge, banquet hall, Greyhound bus depot, Western Union, soda fountain and beauty parlor, the handsome four-story building we call Hotel Oregon offers an enjoyable overnight stay in Oregons Willamette Valley, a premier wine region.
