What is the ticket schedule?

Our Ticketed Charters run Wednesday-Sunday at 11am, 2:30pm, and 6pm. Each charter is 2.5 hours and will take you on an epic adventure through San Diego Bay, down to Glorietta Bay and back!

How long is the cruise?

Each ticketed charter is 2.5 hours in duration.

What about food and drinks?

The Triton is equipped with a full bar including: Mixed Drinks, Draft Beer, Soft Drinks, Juices, Sparkling Water, and snacks. Passengers are strictly prohibited from bringing their own alcohol.

Prices are $8.50 for draft beer, $10.50 for mixed drinks, and $12.50 for specialty cocktails.

You may bring your own food that is individually packed, ie: No cakes, or foods that require serving utensils.

General FAQ

Where are you located?

The Triton is located at 2700 Shelter Island Dr. San Diego CA 92101 on the commercial dock next to Sail San Diego. Watch our Pre-Boarding video to help with parking!

What are your COVID Guidelines?

We are committed to the safety of our customers and our staff. We follow CDC recommendations on the state level as well as the county recommendations. As of now, our staff is required to wear masks until new guidelines are given. Since our venue is outdoors, customers are not required to wear a mask.

What comes standard with each charter?

The Triton includes a Captain, Crew, Bartender, Waterslide , Dance Floor, Seating for up to 100 guests, 2 Restrooms, and Modern Decor!

Can we film our experience?

Drone Filming

Filming/Bringing a drone for your charter is prohibited. The Tritons location is an ever-changing no fly zone with only very few locations able to actually take-off with a drone. We do offer Drone Filming services where our experienced pilots will communicate with our captain to get the shot that you need. Please inquire for cost.

Payment Policy

We do require a somewhere between a 25% 50% charter deposit when you book the charter with the rest due at the time of the charter. For larger yachts the remainder may be due a few days before the charter. We accept checks, visa and master card. Your credit card serves as a damage deposit, so remember, you are responsible for the conduct of your guests.

Cancellation Policy

Gratuities

Gratuities are appreciated, but we do not include them in your charter price for the smaller vessel. If you enjoy your charter please show the crew your appreciation.

Departure Locations

We are located in Americas Cup Harbor and usually depart from there. There is plenty of free parking at this location.

We can also depart from other locations but most hotels charge a docking fee . We will also need to charge you a remote fee travel time of $100 $200/hr depending on where we are required to pick you up.

Rain / Storm Policy

The yacht is enclosed, so you will have a great charter even in the event of not perfect conditions in the case of rain. If raining however you may cancel. In the case of storm conditions it may not be appropriate to go on the water and we may have to cancel.

Pet Policy

We are big dog people and love all pets. We do occasional have dogs on the boat but do not encourage it for two reasons. For one there is the bathroom issue. The second concern is that they could easily fall overboard.
