Well, you wont get that decadent yeastiness or real concentration of flavor with the lower end bubbly, since these wines spend less time fermenting in the bottle versus the high-end ones. And the grape blends will be different. But Im okay with all that. I guess my taste buds prefer a less yeasty flavor.
