Keep it pure
I grew curious about St. Germain web I saw posts about cocktails made with it. It was a little pricey for something I might rather pour down the drain, but I took a chance on it. With one sip of it, I knew that mixing it with more booze to make a cocktail was a complete waste of it. St. Germain is sweet, florally, earthy, warm and soothing all at the same time. Don’t muddy it with other liquors. It is a marvelous after dinner sip. My husband has a little bit every night. It has also proven a lovely tonic for an upset stomach. Keep it pure!
