Firstly, ask for Christopher Georges for primo service.A beautiful, endless CO blue sky afternoon started on the flower-box-embellished, rather-sizeable veranda of POR. Old downtown Louisville is richer for this eatery being here!For happy hour, all glasses of wines are $5 as are most,…if not all, of the tapas. The Cheese board was extra, but where else could you get one for $12.We started with a made-to-order Margarita and glasses of rosé and sauvignon blanc .They offer a smattering of Mediterranean appetizers. A small bowl of warm Castelvetrano olives and cheese board consisting of Manchego, an orange cheddar , and a beautiful, creamy blue that was perhaps an Avignon or Asturias, maybe even a gorgonzola, accompanied by grapes, apple slices and wonderfully crusty bread.The Spanish Meatballs and Tirokafteri were exquisite.We will surely return to Por each time that we return to the Boulder area. Peaceful atmosphere, knowledgeable and friendly servers. Very well presented and tasty dishes. Brie en Croute was delicious! Awesome flour-less chocolate cake. Will definitely visit again.
Totally recommend their shishito peppers and feta dip! Wish they had ambience music outdoors and newer outdoor furniture
