The Epcot International 2022 Food and Wine Dooney and Bourke Collection was released at Walt Disney World on Thursday, July 14, 2022 and shopDisney on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 to kick off the start of the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival 2022, which will continue until November 19, 2022.

The print features our favorite mice, Mickey and Minnie, enjoying the tastes around Epcots World Showcase. Mickey is manning the grill, enjoying some pizza and relaxing with Minnie, drinks in hand. We also see Minnie holding a charcuterie board. Additionally, the full-color design includes images of the Food & Wine Festival logo, a grill set, plate of pizza and more. There are also fun phrases sprinkled throughout the design, such as Make it a plate night! and Behold the grill master.
The collection includes a tote bag, crossbody bag, and satchel and features brown leather finishings.

Plan To Spend At Least Two Days At The Festival If Possible
Im a picky eater with a small appetite, so I assumed itd be sufficient to spend one day at Epcot with a couple of hours dedicated to wandering the festival. But to my surprise, I was completely wrong.
Despite my limited palate, I wanted to try dishes and drinks at just about every booth. And even if I had spent an entire day at Epcot, I dont think I wouldve been able to get to everything.
So if you can, plan to spend two or more days at the festival.

With the installation of the Points of Light on Spaceship Earth, it is common for there to be special sequences incorporated into the festivals.
For the Food and Wine Festival, youll be able to see a special Beauty and the Beast themed sequence. It happens nightly and alternates with the Beacons of Magic.

Adobo Yuca Fries At The Fry Basket
The NEW Adobo Yuca Fries with Garlic-Cilantro Aïoli seriously impressed us! These were actually our FAVORITE things at The Fry Basket booth. First, their texture was incredible perfectly crunchy! Second, the flavor they basically tasted like Texas toast garlic bread in french fry form. * Chefs kiss! *

Even though “wine” takes up half of the festival’s name, the tadpoles aren’t left out! There are several family-friendly activities that any frog at any age can participate in at EPCOT Food and Wine Festival 2022.
Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak Scavenger Hunt
Embark on a Ratatouille-inspired scavenger hunt around the park and win a special prize. Be on the lookout for statuettes of Remy hidden throughout World Showcase. You can purchase the map and stickers from select merchandise locations. We got ours from Port of Entry at the entrance to World Showcase.
Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuits
New to the festival, from Sept. 29 to Oct. 31, kids can partake in a Halloween-themed scavenger hunt to find character-inspired pumpkins! You’ll be able to purchase a special map and stickers at select merchandise locations, including Creations Shop, Port of Entry and World Traveler at International Gateway. Then, once completed, return your map to Disney Traders or World Traveler .
Reconsider Attending The Party For The Senses
NOTE: Party for the Senses was put on hold in 2020 with no word on whether it is officially cancelled or expected to return in the future.
The Epcot Food and Wine Festival includes an optional ticketed party called Party for the Senses. Its like prom for foodies, complete with a band.
And friends, its crazy expensive. In 2019, the cheapest ticket available was $229, plus tax. There was also a VIP option for $359, plus tax. Neither ticket option includes admission to Epcot, which is required to attend the event.
Party for the Senses takes place on select nights, although it is not expected to run in 2022.
As much as I love a delightfully curated meal, I dont think its worth it. Yes, Disney does special events quite well, a few of which Ive happily plunked down the money for. But the price on this event is just freaking bonkers.
Im not going to tell you NOT to attend it, because its your money to spend.
But you can do heck of a lot more with $300+ at Disney World than a single event like this, like tours, spa time, fancy restaurant date, and so on.

For the most part, kiosk food prices usually run between $4 and $9, with beverages varying from $3 to $10.

With that being said there are a ton of free things to do at EPCOT Food and Wine Festival. These include unique character meet-and-greets, cook book signings, and a family play zone for the kids.
Some of the other free entertainment options at the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival include the Disney Du Jour Dance Party in future world, Radio Disney Djs on the weekend, and the Eat to the Beat series.

Eat To The Beat Dining Packages
Reservations are open for Eat to the Beat Dining Packages.
Dining Packages are available Fridays through Mondays and typically include a meal at select Table Service locations in Epcot and reserved seating in the America Gardens Theatre for one of the Eat to the Beat performances happening the same evening as your dining package reservation.
Each package includes:
- An appetizer, entrée and dessert or 1 full buffet , along with a non-alcoholic beverage
- 1 guaranteed seat per person to an Eat to the Beat concert held on the same day

Get To Epcot Early And Make The Most Of The Event
Theres more to the International Food and Wine festival than drinks and snacks. I visited an exclusive art exhibit during my trip and shopped for festival-themed merchandise.
I also saw parkgoers participating in food crawls and watching musical performances two things I wish I would have looked into.
And thats not to mention the fact that the longer youre there, the more you can eat and drink.

Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon
Great news! The Wine & Dine 1/2 Marathon is returning to the Food and Wine Festival for 2022and this year it will celebrate a range of movies, including Coco , Raya and the Last Dragon , Soul , and Aladdins Genie .
Theres also a Post-Race Party, giving runners access to Food & Wine booths, select attractions, and live entertainment. Tickets are required for 5K and 10K runners. Half Marathon or Challenge registration includes entry.
Magicband+ Launching At Disneyland In Fall 2022

Its finally official. MagicBand+ will launch at the Disneyland Resort this fall, Disney confirmed on September 20.
Disneyland visitors have been waiting for this news, especially after seeing the launch of MagicBand+ at Walt Disney World on July 27, 2022.
Disney World has been using MagicBands for some time now, so its nice to see the integration of the band at the happiest place on earth.
For those who dont know, MagicBand+ is described as the next-generation wearable technology and is simply a band you wear on wrist.
You can use the band in a variety of different ways at the parks. What makes it different than the original MagicBand is the interactive additions included. There are smart features like color-changing LED lights, haptic vibrations, and gesture recognition.
Disneylands MagicBand+ can be used for a range of items, including theme park entry, Disney PhotoPass, Lightning Lanes, and Batuu Bounty Hunters in Star Wars: Galaxys Edge.
The band will also come alive during World of Color, Fantasmic! and other select nighttime spectaculars in Disneyland park.

As for pricing, MagicBand+ at Disneyland will be comparable to the price at Disney World, which is:
