As the second half of our name would suggest, the Hudson Valley Wine & Food Festival highlights some of the best food in the area. Since its inception in 2001, our food festival has featured lots of unique gourmet specialty food vendors. You can find everything from farm fresh cheeses, farm raised meats, salsas, BBQ sauce, pasta, pasta sauce, dip mixes, drink mixes, soup mixes, pastries, baked goods, maple syrup, candy, nuts, granola, olive oils and more. In addition, we host some of the regions most unique Food Trucks & food concessions, we have fantastic Cooking Demonstrations that go on throughout the food festival weekend.

Learn the culinary secrets of some of the regions best Chefs. In the past, our guests have included veterans from Hells Kitchen, Chef Wanted, Chopped, Iron Chef and other culinary television programs. Weve also featured the Executive Chefs from the Hudson Valleys best restaurants. We offer cooking demonstrations all weekend and access to the demos is included in your Food Festival admission.

Georgia Peach Festival In Fort Valley And Byron June

This festival is as unique as it tasty! Attracting more than 10,000 visitors, the Georgia Peach Festival splits events between two weekends and two cities, Byron and Fort Valley, which doubles your peach-eating fun. On the final Saturday morning of the festival, a team of volunteer bakers present Peach County’s renowned culinary masterpiece, The World’s Largest Peach Cobbler. Coming in at a whopping 11 feet by 5 feet long and 8 inches deep, people line up by the dozens for a sample of this sweet treat.

Georgia Apple Festival In Ellijay October

If you’re looking for a food festival thats geared toward family fun, then the Georgia Apple Festival in Ellijay in October is the perfect fit. 2017 Hudson Valley Wine &  Spirits Competition Results

The Hudson Valley Wine & Music Festival will bring a variety of food, wine and music to Newburgh’s Waterfront Trail. Artists performing throughout the day include Funk Junkies, Westmob Band, Jimmy Jorge & The Latin Express, Bria The Artist’s and BaseCamp.

The festival is from noon to 6 p.m., with the doors opening at 11 a.m. Tickets are $30 per person.

The Hudson Valley Wine & Food Festival – September 7th & 8th – Rhinebeck, NYCelebrating its 12th year in 2013, the Hudson Valley Wine & Food Fest is a celebration of the gourmet lifestyle in the Hudson Valley. The Fest features hundreds of wines from all over New York and the world, more than 100 gourmet specialty food, fine art, & lifestyle vendors, food sampling from some of the regions best restaurants and live entertainment. Visitors can learn about wine and food from our many Cooking demonstrations and Food & Wine seminars throughout the weekend and enjoy the rare opportunity to meet and speak to the wine makers from some of New Yorks best wineries.

Always the weekend following Labor Day, the Hudson Valley Wine & Food Fest takes place at the beautiful Dutchess County Fairgrounds in historic Rhinebeck, New York. Parking is free and were a short trip from the Rhinecliff train station.

Wine, food, and craft beer, oh my! The 21st annual Hudson Valley Wine & Food Festival will take over the Dutchess County Fairgrounds for two days. The event, which is held rain or shine, focuses on New York-based wineries and gourmet festival foods as well as vendors selling lifestyle goods, fine art and more. There will also be seminars and live entertainment.

The festival is from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $45 for a one-day tasting ticket or $80 for the weekend. Designated driver tickets, which includes free water and soda, is $15 for one day and $27 for the weekend.

Rosendale International Pickle Festival Oct 16

The Rosendale International Pickle Festival returns after two years of cancellation, welcoming pickle enthusiasts for its 25th event with roughly 100 vendors who offer pickles as well as other groceries, baked goods and more. For home picklers, there are pickle contests including best of show, best dill pickles, pickled fruit, and more.

The festival is held rain or shine from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Hudson Valley Wine & Food Fest, presented by WineRacks.com, celebrates the bounty of wine, food and fun in the Hudson Valley all in one place. This annual event takes place the second weekend of September at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck, New York.

Food is not included in the admission price. Tickets are Non-refundable. Children age 10 and under are admitted free, but keep in mind this is an adult-oriented event with wine and spirits sampling and very little to interest a child.

This is an annual event and if due to circumstances beyond our control the event cannot take place on the dates specified it will be rescheduled and we will honor all previously issued tickets on the new date.

Frontera Grill Topolobampo Xoco Tortas Frontera Lea Brava

Most people know him from winning the title of Bravos Top Chef Master beating out the French and Italian with his authentic Mexican cuisine. His highly rated on-going Public Television Series, MexicoOne Plate at a Time can be found on television sets coast to coast, as well as his award-winning, seven cookbooks. In 2012, Rick was nominated for a Daytime Emmy for Best Culinary Host.

His side by side award-winning restaurants in Chicago were founded in 1987. The casual Frontera Grill and the 4-star Topolobampo. In 2007, Frontera Grill won for Outstanding Restaurant by the James Beard Organization. His award-winning Frontera line of salsas, grilling sauces and organic chips can be found coast to coast.

Rick Bayless has won James Beard awards for: Midwest Chef of the Year, National Chef of the Year and Humanitarian of the Year. Bayless opened his third restaurant: XOCOa quick serve LEED certified restaurant featuring house-ground chocolate and wood grilled tortas. This year, Tortas Frontera opened in Terminal 1 & Terminal 3 at Chicagos Ohare airport and in downtown Chicago at the Chase Building.

In 2016 he opened Leña Brava, a wood-fired seafood restaurant, and the adjacent Cruz Blanca Cervecería, which focuses on craft beer and Oaxacan-style tacos. Also in 2016, Rick won the prestigious Julia Child Award. In 2017, his restaurant Topolobampo won the James Beard award for Outstanding Restaurant in the nation.

Hudson Valley Garlic Festival Oct 1 & 2

For garlic fans, the Hudson Valley Garlic Festival is an opportunity to celebrate the vegetable by buying it and eating it. There will be live music, demonstrations and lectures from chefs and vendors offering crafts.

The festival is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Oct. 1 and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 2. and it is held rain or shine. Tickets are $10 per person and children 12 and younger are free.

Our festival for the 2022 season came to end a month ago but dont worry because there are plenty of other festivals to enjoy this summer. If you loved our festival, then make sure to check out the 21st Annual Hudson Valley Wine & Food Festival! The festival features over 40 wineries, 17 breweries, 2 cideries, 14 distilleries, & 41 food vendors. You can also learn more about wine and food from their cooking demonstrations and seminars.
The festival will be held on September 10th from 11 AM-6 PM & on the 11th from 11 AM-5 PM at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck, NY.
The gate price for a one-day ticket is $45 and if you would like a weekend ticket it is $80. They also offer designated driver tickets for $15 for one day or $27 for the weekend.

Since 2001 the Hudson Valley Wine and Food Festival maintains a sharp focus on the wine highlighting Hudson Valley and New York State wineries. Cideries, distilleries and craft beers will also be represented. Since the Fest is a New York Farm Market, it allows wineries to sell wine by the bottle directly from the winery! Featured foods from unique gourmet specialty food vendors will also be spread throughout the festival. Food selections will range from farm-fresh cheeses and meats to pasta, soups, pastries and baked goods. With food trucks and food concessions offering more unique foods, this festival makes sure you will never go hungry!

Harvest Festival At Bethel Woods Aug 28 Sept 4 11 18 & 25 Oct 2

For six Sundays in a row, Bethel Woods Center of the Arts will host the 24th annual Harvest festival. Visitors will be able to purchase the offerings of local farms and artisans as well as specialty foods. There will also be live entertainment and food trucks to enjoy.

There is no admission fee, but there is a $5 parking fee. The festival is from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Great Ogeechee Seafood Festival In Richmond Hill October

You thought Forrest Gump’s friend Bubba could talk about ways to cook shrimp. The Great Ogeechee Seafood Festival serves up a variety of coastal seafood prepared in every conceivable way. Join the Kiwanis Club of Minisink Valley for a day of entertainment, kids activities, a petting zoo, contests, hay mazes, vendors and corn. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the 3th annual Orange County Sweet Corn Festival will have a host of events, including the corn eating and corn shucking contests.

Handcrafted Octoberfest At Rhinebeck Oct 1 & 2

Combining vendors offering crafts and art with Hudson Valley beers, wine and food, the Handcrafted Octoberfest at Rhinebeck will be held rain or shine. There will be an “agri-ventue” center for kids to enjoy and meet farm animals. The festival is from 10 a.m. t0 6 p.m. Oct. 1 and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 2.

Tickets are $10.50 per adult, $8.50 per senior, $4.50 per child ages 6 to 16 and free for children 5 and younger. Prices do change at the gate.

Nancy Silverton is the co-owner of Michelin-starred Osteria Mozza, as well as Pizzeria Mozza, Mozza2Go, chi SPACCA, Pizzette, and The Barish in Los Angeles. In the fall of 2020, Mozza opened in Los Cabos, Mexico and Pizzeria Mozza opened in London. In 2022, Osteria Mozza will open in Singapore at the Hilton Orchard.

In 2014, Nancy received the highest honor given by the James Beard Foundation for Outstanding Chef. That year, she was listed as one of the Most Innovative Women in Food and Drink by both Fortune and Food & Wine Magazine. In 2017, Nancy was profiled in an episode of Netflixs award-winning docu-series Chefs Table.
